INSTALLER/PROJECT TECHNICIAN
Job Description:
- Install mobile and fixed radio and wireless communications equipment consistent with manufacturer and company guidelines. Maintain positive customer relations.
- Perform installations of mobile and fixed wireless communications equipment. Install cable and antenna consistent with project requirements and according to R56 installation and safety standards.
- May also deconstruct installation sites as required.
- Inventory and assemble parts prior to installation work to ensure correct parts available on truck.
- Optimize site following installation to ensure system or equipment function properly; perform programming or run diagnostics as appropriate.
- Determine customer requirements to assist in developing labor and cost estimates.
- Complete job tickets, sales orders, and other required work documents.
- Maintain positive customer relations.
