WIRELESS BROADBAND SALES
Job Description:
We are looking for candidates that have sales experience in IT networking with proven B2B outside sales experience. This position will sell a large portfolio of technologies including licensed and unlicensed microwave systems, wireless LAN systems, wireless telephony, digital CCTV systems, and scanning/imaging systems. These technologies will be sold to several markets including state, local, federal government agencies, hospitals, education, manufacturing, and terminal logistics/warehousing facilities.
Position Requirements:
- Must have a strong degree of sales experience, a self-starter, highly motivated to cultivate new business opportunities, and possess strong communication and closing skills.
- Must be able to present and effectively communicate the benefits of wireless broadband solutions to IT directors and to telecom managers
- Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN architectures
- Knowledge of Wireless Broadband (licensed/unlicensed microwave) experience is a plus, but not required as we will train the right candidate that has an IT background
- Work collectively with several intra-company departments, such as our Engineering, Project Management, and Service Departments, in order to provide the best system solution possible for the customer.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals

WIRELESS BROADBAND TECHNICIAN/ENGINEER
Job Description:
- Responsible for various Wireless network projects, recommending solutions to network problems, and providing network designs in wireless broadband, microwave and CCTV systems.
- Network engineering and support of large wireless broadband networks, microwave and CCTV networks. The successful candidate will also perform network audits; perform critical evaluations and develop recommendations with regard to network deployments.
- Develop detailed network specifications and system designs based upon needs analysis and capacity requirements; and prepare and deliver technical presentations as needed.
- Provide technical support to our installation teams and clients.
Basic Qualifications & Certifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field. Relative industry field experience is preferred.
Potential Candidates will possess:
- An up-to-date knowledge of and interest in networking technologies
- Excellent communication skills (particularly the ability to communicate and interact with staff and clients who are not technical themselves)

INSTALLER/PROJECT TECHNICIAN
Job Description:
- Install mobile and fixed radio and wireless communications equipment consistent with manufacturer and company guidelines. Maintain positive customer relations.
- Perform installations of mobile and fixed wireless communications equipment. Install cable and antenna consistent with project requirements and according to R56 installation and safety standards.
- May also deconstruct installation sites as required.
- Inventory and assemble parts prior to installation work to ensure correct parts available on truck.
- Optimize site following installation to ensure system or equipment function properly; perform programming or run diagnostics as appropriate.
- Determine customer requirements to assist in developing labor and cost estimates.
- Complete job tickets, sales orders, and other required work documents.
- Maintain positive customer relations.
