Outside Public Safety Account Manager | Toledo & Sidney
We are looking for two full-time Account Managers. One for our Toledo location and one for our Sidney location. These positions include creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers and developing new business from existing clients while actively seek new sales opportunities. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
· Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
· Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
· Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
· Prepare reports on account status. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Requirements
· Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
· Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
· Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Installer, Vehicle Upfitter | Dayton & Toledo
Job Description:
- Install mobile radio equipment in vehicles consistent with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Install warning light systems in vehicles consistent with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Install emergency, video and audio equipment in vehicles consistent with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Complete job tickets and other required work documents.
- Maintain positive customer relations.
- Maintain consistent attendance.
Job Requirements:
P&R is looking for a motivated, energetic person to join our Communications Installation team, both in Dayton and Toledo. This job requires someone with the following characteristics:
- The ability to work well with hand tools and in tight spaces
- The desire for continued training and education
- Consistent performance and attendance
- Good customer relation skills
- The ability to work well with a team
- Working knowledge of automotive electrical systems-DC current
- Good driving record

Service Technician | Toledo & Dayton
P&R is looking for service technicians for both our Toledo & Dayton offices! Service techs are responsible for running service calls in the field, as well as fixing equipment in the office. These technicians must be able to troubleshoot communications equipment, accurately diagnose problems and implement the fix. Experience in electronics is preferred.
Tower Climber | Dayton
P&R is looking for a tower climber who will work out of our Dayton office, but is willing to travel to job sites throughout Western Ohio. Experience is preferred.
Tower Hand | Dayton
P&R Communications is looking for a tower hand. The tower hand will mainly work on the ground but must be able and willing to rescue. Applicant must complete a two-day Authorized Climber Course. Responsibilities include grounding, connectors, line tagging, building mounts and mounting equipment on frames (may vary depending on the job). Applicant must always abide by all safety regulations.
General Labor / Project Work | Toledo & Dayton
P&R is looking for people who are comfortable with general labor and can therefore be trained for project installation work. We are looking for people for both our Toledo & Dayton offices! Our project installation team is responsible for transporting equipment to the customer’s site and installing it per safety, manufacturer, customer and P&R guidelines.
