Enhance In-Building Coverage

BDA and DAS networks enhance your in-building coverage for two-way radio and/or cellular carriers. The BDA brings the signal into the building and the DAS disperses it throughout the building or campus. P&R has decades of experience in designing these solutions, from performing on-site signal testing as a first step to conducting the required annual recertification that is required under IFC/NFPA regulations once the system is on-air. Each system has different requirements depending on the size of the building or campus, the proximity to RF signal, and the rules of the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction). Because we help maintain many of the public safety radio systems in our area, P&R is uniquely qualified to ensure we engineer and install a solution that will not interfere with first responders. In addition, we have worked with all the major cellular carriers to install these systems in various locations, and are therefore familiar with the process that is necessary to verify compliance.
